The 7th session of the 7th representative meeting of Plating sub-association in China Surface Engineering Association and the Plating and Decorating annual meeting of 2012 International Surface Engineering Conference was held in Chongqing in April 19th -22nd. 682 representatives from all the member enterprises took their participation. They are local association delegations from Guangdong, Wenzhou, Fujian, Shenyang and Guangxi, representatives and scholars from surface treatment institutes and government officials. Huangxiaoou, the president of China Surface Engineering Association took his presence. The new president Majie, secretary general Jiangshengli and other vice chairs and secretaries are voted in the meeting. Xubinshi, academician of China Engineering Academy, and Tumingjing, the expert of surface engineering made their speech to discuss the new technology points in surface engineering industry.
SF EXPO 2013 is the only surface treatment exhibition in Plating sub-association in China Surface Engineering Association. Majie President stressed on the next task of the Association. SF EXPO committee participated in this meeting and made advertisements and roll stands on site.
On the dinner party of April 20th, the president of Wise Exhibition Company made a report about the preparation of SF EXPO 2013, inviting other members to make a visiting group. Investigations are made about the views of members, enterprises and other attendees to SF EXPO. Under the promise of a facilitated visit to benefit all visitors and exhibitors, the investigated member give high recognition to this exhibition.

The 10th SF EXPO will be held in May 21st-23rd,2013. The organizer has been working for a whole year for its preparation. The main exhibition zones are: plating industry zone, coating industry zone, vacuum film plating zone and mechanic surface treatment zone. Advertisements are made on many magazines and websites, including Google. Meanwhile, invitations to members of SF Association are started. The exhibition is fully advertised through magazine ads, outdoor ads, website ads, e-mail ads, short message ads, twitter promotions and meeting promotions in the long-time operation.
Guangzhou International SF EXPO is different from other exhibitions in three perspectives.
Firstly , it is planted in SF industry and participated widely and effectively. The Plating Association and the Coating Association are the organizers; 50 or more provincial and local associations are supporters; over 20 foreign associations are cooperation partners. Propagandas are made in these associations to organize professional buyers and visitors. The SF EXPO can be said a self-organized exhibition by all SF industries.
Secondly, it is not only an exhibition, but also a great party for all experts, workers and enterprises in SF field. Rich co-current activities such as forums, exchanges, investigations and communications are frequently held.
Thirdly, reasonable charges bring more values.
Guangzhou SF EXPO is not a profit-gaining exhibition, all charges are reasonable and acceptable to clients.
Mr. Zhang also declared that SF EXPO will be a member of The Global Association of the Exhibition industry soon, which is the first time in the worldwide SF industries and which means higher service quality and more internationalized exhibitors and visitors, a great step forward to an international exhibition.
Next the organizer will actively look for international partners to expand market and cooperation with other associations. The 10th SF EXPO, the biannual grand event, will surely present a wonderful show to all attendees who are warmly welcome to Guangzhou in May 2012.
